Returns & Exchanges
All artworks are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges or returns, and all sales are final and non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
To request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect print, email studio@andrewkayser.com. Approved replacements require the original item to be returned.
If your replacement request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
